Based on the information provided by the client at the consultation session, our team will confirm the scope of works required, and provide a site visit and on-site measurement service to the client free of charge.
The designated project designer will provide the relevant layout plans and perspective images to the client for review based on the most suitable space planning and design elements in accordance to the client’s requirements and budgets.
Based on further discussion on the project specifications and design plan with the client, our designer and project management team make the relevant revisions, and will prepare and provide a detailed quotation and project time schedule for the client’s approval.
Subsequent to the client’s approval on the quotation and project time schedule, the project contract will be signed officially by both parties before construction work begins.
Upon signing of the project contract by the client, our project management team will initiate pre-construction works which will include application of works with the relevant property management authority, and our design team will provide further design details and material sample board to the client.
Further to approval of the application of works for the site by the property management authority, a designated project manager will be assigned to coordinate and monitor the on-site construction work strictly in accordance to the agreed project time schedule. Variation orders for any works or items that are requested by the client will be issued accordingly by agreement.
To ensure the quality of the construction works, our project management team will perform a quality check on the site after completion. Any defects noted will be fixed or reworked within 14 days of the completion date.
We will provide free warranty service to our clients for 12 months upon the final construction completion date for project items. Please note: Daily wear and tear from usage is not included in the warranty.
